These terms cover your use of XmasTick, a Christmas countdown app published by Tech Interval LLC. Installing or using the app means you accept them.
XmasTick is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control. You may not resell it, or attempt to unlock paid features by modifying the app.
Some features — including home screen widgets — require Premium, sold as:
Prices are shown in your own currency before you pay, and are set by the App Store or Google Play.
Buying during or after Christmas covers the following Christmas rather than expiring days later.
There is no subscription. Neither purchase renews, nothing is charged again without you buying it again, and there is nothing to cancel.
New installs get a short free trial of the paid features. It runs on your device rather than through your store account, so it is not a subscription and it does not turn into one.
Purchases are made through Apple and Google, so refunds are handled by them under their own policies. We cannot issue a refund ourselves, but write to us and we will help where we can.
If you reinstall the app or change device, use “Restore purchases” in the app with the same Apple or Google account you bought with.
Backgrounds, music and other seasonal content are provided for use inside the app only, and remain the property of Tech Interval LLC or the people we licensed them from. Content may be added, changed or removed over time.
The countdown and its reminders are for enjoyment. They depend on your device’s clock, time zone and its own limits on background activity, so please do not rely on them for anything that matters.
The app is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it working, but we cannot promise it will be free of faults, or that downloaded content will always be reachable.
To the extent the law allows, Tech Interval LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
These terms may change as the app changes. The date at the top shows when they were last revised.
